Foreclosures can be stopped: popular mobilization in Agoitz forces banksters to delay eviction 'sine die'

Agoitz, Navarre, Basque Country. Popular mobilization dissuades banksters from enforcing eviction.

As the activists mention in the video above[es/eu], much of the problem is caused by Spanish law which allows banks to take over the home and still keep squeezing families for all eternity, in circumstances closer to the Merchant of Venice than to a modern European state that claims in its constitution to be a "social state" in which private property is subservient to social well being and where work and home are considered fundamental rights.

All nothing but wet paper, as judges do not enforce this supposedly fundamental law but instead allow banksters to suck up to the last drop of blood from workers.
